A Space for Understanding, Not Just Coping
Dr Dominic Offers Individual Psychological Therapy for Adults and Older Adolescents
I provide clinical psychology and psychotherapy services to adults and older adolescents (16+).
I offer in-person consultations from my rooms in Mont Albert, in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne. I also offer Telehealth consultations.
Whether you’re navigating a specific crisis or facing longer-term challenges, I offer a thoughtful and collaborative space to pause, reflect, and begin to recover oneself.
“We don’t see things as they are, we see them as we are.”
– Anaïs Nin
I have worked with many individuals, from older adolescents to young and older adults, who have been having difficulty with a range of emotional, psychological and relational difficulties, including:
Anxiety (including social anxiety, panic attacks, obsessions)
Depression (including persistent sadness, feeling hopeless and lethargic)
Chronic self-criticism
Feeling stuck or unfulfilled, even if things “look fine” on the outside
Dealing with life transitions (i.e., graduating, becoming a parent, retirement etc)
Anger and emotion regulation issues
Loneliness and isolation
Grief and loss
Strained relationships with friends, family and/or partners
Work stress and burnout
Let’s Begin
Starting therapy can feel intimidating, especially when you're already in distress. But reaching out doesn’t mean you have to know exactly what’s wrong or how to fix it.
My role is to meet you where you are—with compassion, curiosity, and care—and we can begin to explore what’s been hard, what’s been hidden, and what might begin to shift.
